Phil and I have had Paul Ebbels from the Business
Train working alongside our business for four years. He has been invaluable to
the financial security of both our Dairy Farm and Consulting businesses.
We have had to make a number of large business
decisions over this time and Paul has helped us increase our profitability
through these.
We find meeting with Paul on a monthly basis
important, to keep track of our monthly cash flow and deal with our
expenditures before any major hemorrhages occur!

manage when running a business is keeping your eye on everything with
confidence.
We
are great farmers and average managers but have little time to really
concentrate on the financial side of the business. We do not do all three
completely.
We
get so involved in the everyday issues that we need someone on the outer with
experience and confidence to give us suggestions or workshop any problems we
might have.
Whether

We
should have had a mentor sooner when we were starting out as we could have
