The Business Train has been established to supply a
unique approach to business and career development. Throughout my
career as a Senior Manager and business owner, this spans many
industries, it is clear to me that businesses are offered a wide
variety of business and career tools to assist them to grow and develop
their business or career. The unfortunate part about all that is tools
are only useful when you have the skills to use the tools, would that
be a fair assumption to make?
The Business Train Mentoring Program is designed
specifically to assist anyone in business or managers wanting to
enhance their careers how to use the tools in the toolbox effectively
and maximise every skill set.
We all have skills; The Business Train Mentoring
Program covers every facet, so you are never left wondering what they
are. Believe it or not you do actually already know the answer; the
Mentoring Program gets you the answers you are looking for.
One of the key fundamental approaches we take is to
have a look at all processes and procedures followed by the culture and
the people in the business; the culture of any business is the most
sensitive area of every business an area that most owner managers
avoid. Understanding what and how your staff operate, what makes them
tick, how do they fit into the culture, do they feel valued and are
they contributing ideas views and thoughts in the work place. Are they
coming to work to get paid or to also make a difference, what would
have to happen for them to come to work to make a difference? We then
place a large variety of cross referencing measures in place to ensure
the information stream is flowing at maximum capacity.
We always offer to our clients a variety of Plans,
A, B and C, do you have contingency plans in place? Without sounding
fluffy here, do you wake up every morning and say, "fantastic I am
going to work"? If not why not? Our Mentors are passionate about what
they do and this flows through to you in your Mentoring sessions and
empowers your skill set.
